Mercury Found in Corn Syrup

When Jennifer and I saw this article in the Washington post (click here to read it), we knew we had to include it in this newsletter to make sure everyone is aware of this. It's bad enough that corn syrup is used in so many manufactured food products (and restaurant dishes), but to learn that some corn syrup manufacturers use mercury derived products to produce it ... well let's just say we were not happy. Mercury is incredibly toxic and corn syrup is a huge contributor to obesity in America. Do yourself and your family a favor, don't use it or buy any products that do. Also, when you go to a restaurant, ask if they use it. It is almost impossible to go to an ice cream store and buy corn-syrup free ice cream.

If you have recipes that do use it we highly recommend you substitute our Real Raw Agave Nectar.

This is one of the few organic agave nectar products in the world that meets Raw Fusion's "Pure Food" standards. Beware of other Agave products labeled "Raw". This is the only agave nectar that we have found that has not been heated above 102ºF at some point between the farm and the bottle! As a matter of fact, the manufacturer avoids all heat through the use of a centrifuge. This is the purest, best tasting agave nectar in the world. We dare you to try it! You will see and feel the difference.

Buy the nectar by clicking here.

We also have it in powder form. By the powder by clicking here.
